Habitat for Humanity of Chester County in Pennsylvania, builds and sells newly constructed homes to qualified families and individuals who live or work in Chester County and meet the program qualifications. Qualified home buyers purchase their homes with affordable mortgages and pay taxes on the full values of their homes. HFHCC also operates two retail thrift stores - ReStore - that sell gently used goods to generate funding to build more affordable homes.
Through these programs, HFHCC helps our neighbors build strength, stability, and independence through homeownership.
